Up until 2024 Lucy had been a Governor at a Rise school for six years, and for two of those was Chair of Governors.  She is particularly passionate about supporting SEN and disadvantaged pupils to flourish and succeed in order to reach their potential.

Lucy has 15 years’ experience working in Higher Education and is currently Head of Research Development at a local university.  Lucy has experience working across multiple teams, and has experience of project management, finance and governance.
