Holly is the trust’s Maths Lead and one of the trust’s Teaching and Learning Leads. She works across Rise to develop and deliver CPD, support with coaching and leads on ECT conferences and clinics.

She has experience of teaching and leading in a range of settings across Leicestershire for the last 18 years. Her experience includes Maths Mastery Specialist, Specialist Leader of Education and Head Teacher.

Through these roles she has led Teacher Research groups, delivered research-led CPD and worked collaboratively with teaching staff and leaders across Leicestershire and Rise MAT.

In her role as Maths Lead, she continues to work with East Midlands South Maths Hub to run Mastery Workgroups for leaders across the trust.
